Hi @Elizabeth_Oliver The virus block seems to fall randomly in this level 😔 I just opened the Level five times and it was there twice, but not the other three times! Continue opening and only begin to play if it's there.

Hi @Josy61 The problem with collecting items not showing is being investigated and will hopefully be fixed soon. In the meantime have a look at this example, it shows what you need to collect on the left of the board (under the number of moves) https://youtu.be/5UCnQJwLPnc?si=S35COx5pqSym4O7r

Hi @sodagirl the map version of Pet Rescue was discontinued in Jan 2023.
