I can't access my old device at all now @PrettyBubbles , so all I can tell you is what I see now. The app opens as normal, but obviously it shows that i'm new because I can't log in. I can use the cog to enter the community, as I just did, and logged in absolutely fine to reply to you here right now. This is why I don'tโฆ

I'd rather wait for it to appear @PrettyBubbles , i'm certain of a reply from you then โบ๏ธ CS just send generic emails which are no help whatsoever.

@PrettyBubbles I have replied to the above but it has to be 'approved' for some inexplicable reason. It sometimes takes days for that (i've experienced it before ๐) which is unacceptable really when someone is asking for help. I know it's not your fault though ๐ค it's the system ๐ก

I did that @PrettyBubbles , hasn't made any difference though. It still won't let me log in. Update my personal details to what though, they're all up to date ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
