Hi my friend yes unfortunately on iPhone Apple devices that is the option offered to clear the cache Did you play any level you don't have to complete it before you closed down as this is the fix that most commonly clears the tree 💓

Hi my friend please clear the ingame cache from your device settings menu selecting apps as overloaded cache can create issues and log out leave your device off for a moment or two then play any level this is usually the fix when this issue occurs 💓

Hi my friend the tree can be temperamental at times but will usually reset once you close and restart your device then play any level Also please be sure to have a good Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory and you have no pending updates in your store Also please clear the cache from your device settings…
