Hi @katieroselizzy @QueenB I also have the same problem, the only difference is I can't even access my game. Yesterday the game opened and froze on the Daily Treat Machine which was the furthest I have got in 3 days! I have tried all the trouble-shooting and nothing works! I am really wanting to play Jurassic Season 😥…
