Best thing to do is to play the level on PC before the mystery eggs get removed all together! With 1107 it was the opposite, mobile had the mystery eggs while PC did not, quite a lot of post came up about it and in the end the mystery eggs were removed from all the platforms!

That's because the levels 1311 and up are not out for mobile yet, only on PC. This follows Kings regular pattern of making the levels for PC and release them whilst they work to convert and optimise for mobile and tablet, that's why there's a gap between level releases on different platforms.

I don't understand the specifics but generally since the game is made for completely different platforms it is not uncommon to find differences between the two. It's not always the case but it does and has happened several times before.
