Hi LaylaPaco, turn off your mobile data and try again using a good WiFi connection. Check for updates for your device and apps. Do a restart and try again. Have you recently changed your Facebook password? Then you should change this too on all devices you use Facebook on.

Hi 3catmama, what you can do is log out from Facebook on your mobile inside the game. You can then play on without being connected to your Facebook and play like you did before. Just go to the cogwheel in your game and look for the Facebook logo and disconnect.

Hi Lil, ouch! What happened there? Did you share your device with somebody else for game play? It sounds like one of you did not log out entirely. You use Facebook right? Or Kingdom? Once accounts are linked, they can't be unlinked. One of you can create a new account, just make sure not to link them again!

Hi Siani68, the new levels haven't been released yet by iTunes; they've already been released on Facebook/King.com, Android and Kindle.

Hi Jeannine, you play the game on Facebook on PC and it's stuck? There's no roadblock between level 412 and 413. Have you cleared cache on your PC and did you try to play in another browser? What does it look like on your road map in Farm Heroes?

Hi, have you checked for updates? Do you play connected to the Kingdom and to Facebook too? How does it look when you play on PC, do they remain locked there too? Have you tried to reinstall the game?
