Hi Nanc, the hand is the Free Switch; it allows you to switch two candies that don't match. The check mark is the so called Lucky Candy; add this to your Candy Order Levels and it will transform itself into useful Candy when you remove it.

Hi Ann, does this happen to you in any browser? Try to use another browser. Clear your browser's cache, do a restart. Close other tabs and programs too. You could also play on King.com and synchronise with your Facebook too.

Hi Chewey2, clear cache on your PC, do a restart. Does he or she still appear as a soda friend? Delete the game from your Facebook and add it again afterwards. You won't lose your progress. Has this helped?
