Hi Pat-Ta, did this happen after updating your game app? If you've done a backup recently, then you could restore the backup and you might have your boosters again. Be careful when saving tons of boosters as you can lose them after updates.

Hi fairyy, did you restart your tablet and did you check for updates for both your device and apps? Use a good WiFi connection and turn off the cellular data. Try to connect to the kingdom; open the game app and go to settings. Press on the orange icon and connect. Does it work for you now?

Hi Jessica, have you checked for updates for both your device and apps? Sometimes levels can look alike, but they won't be the exact same.

Hi Jay Breez, you can play on King.com and ask there for tickets too and synchronise with your Facebook. You could also play on mobile, where tickets will be saved for longer then just a Facebook session. Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and play in another browser on PC?
