I have pretty much given up on King making any changes that would help us players to win the hard levels. It should be a simple "fix", but I'm sure it's all about them making money. I thought King was going to come up with a new booster, to replace the hand switch??!! I still don't understand why they think replacing the hand switch makes any sense, because it definitely helps to get through tough levels. Just how long is it going to take to give us players something new to help play this game?…

I just wasted 4 lollipops to get through a level, and would have gotten through it if the Free switch was available. It's bad enough that you have to sit through a ton of Ads in the Sweet Cinema, to only win 2 lollipops. If I must sit through Ads to get Boosters, then PLEASE bring back the hand switch!! I don't understand why you took away the Free Switch in the Sweet Cinema?? It helps a lot, so it doesn't make any sense to remove it again! If you're going to replace it, make it something that will be helpful, because you must have certain boosters to get through these very hard levels.

Thanks for replying. I have never received the heart booster. They either give me a fish or the wheel. The fish are helpful, but nothing like the hand switch. Hopefully, if enough people ask to bring it back, they will help us players by responding!

I reached out to the Support team when this happened before, and they tell me it has to do with a "testing" thing. I personally think that the higher the level a player is at, the more King thinks they don't need any extra boosters/help to continue playing. Same thing happened with me. I was receiving the hand switch in the Sweet Cinema for about a month, and now they took it away again. I too, will not play much longer, since the levels are only getting harder. I will never understand why they take away something that helps players to win. 😏😒

I think that anyone that pays to get Boosters, should ALWAYS get them. Otherwise, what in the world is King doing with all the money they're making off us players?? Totally ridiculous!!!

Well, for me to continue to play candy crush, either the hand switch needs to come back, or any kind of booster that will help me get through the very hard levels. I hope things change sooner than later, otherwise I won't be playing too much anymore!
