Why does my game come up several times a week with duplicate tabs? No other games are being played. It's irritating!

Apparently I just won't be playing this game anymore. It's been almost a week of it not loading. Only thing I get when I send a message to these people is a link to come here or their so called help center that doesn't help at all. Love the game but fed up with the waiting. Guess it's just time to forget about this game…
