  • You have a connection issue right? The game Doesn't let you log in and said Connection failed? You can try removing data of apps, Check your internet connection, Make sure you do not have a low VPN connection .

  • I Didn't get you. Could you please send me your problem in details along with screenshot. Note that if you logged into the game, only levels, friends & Gold Bars are directly saved to server. Any other boosters willbe lost if you logout, delete the app, removing caches.

  • There is no way to loss Gold Bars as It's directly STORED to server. Could you please provide me a screenshot? @kiara_wael Help him/her regaining his/her lost Gold Bars.
  • They are testing this feature, your feedback is welcome. I hope they will soon resolve this issue in the next update. Till then you have to wait. You can give them feedback by creating a support ticket.
