Thank you.. maybe I will try not playing for a bit. It gets disappointing when they only give 3 extra moves, especially for the nightmare levels. Or when I have to keep using gold to pass levels. This AI has complained ruined the game. If you don't have gold you are doomed

What's the need for the help centre when you never get a chance to link with a human custom care. It just seems like it's a useless feature and you just go round and round with no end in sight

Hi unfortunately we've all faced the same issue. We've been trying to raise complaints and nothing seems to help. They said they had rectified the bug but clearly it looks like it's all goose chase. At this point I doubt they'll do anything about it. Fingers crossed hopefully developers start sorting it out ASAP.
