I recently reset my game after reaching level 16400. I never had ads or extra moves on the daily bonus wheel. Now that I reset my game I finally have ads to watch for extra moves and boosters. There could be several things happening here. Check to see if there is an update available for the game. Check your Internet connectivity usually this is my issue. I reset my game in May after getting so frustrated at level 16400+. I starting to realize that I will need a new game to play if I keep up at this pace.
