I live in Newfoundland, Canada here we have our own traditional food. This one we call Jiggs Dinner it has Turkey or Chicken,. The Potatoes, Carrots, Cabbage or Turnip Greens, Turnip, Salt Meat and Peas Pudding are all cooked in one pot, and its smothered in gravy and dressing. Usually served with pickles and beets.
