  • Hi @Renee1z and welcome to our Community! Like mentioned above, the issue seems to be that the score is missing on level 3910 and therefore the avatar got stuck there. Please complete level 3910 once again and see if the avatar then jumps up to the correct level.

  • Hi @chrissy08 ! Have you tried force closing the app and restarting the device? Also disconnecting and reconnecting Facebook from the game may help.

What I can do as a workaround id that your mum who had the King account creates a new King account with another email and I will manually restore the game to her…

  • Sounds like the score is missing on several levels and therefore the game jumps to the next level where the score is missing.
