@CarlitaAlfonso I am not able to find your screenshot of your start level at 4707. Only the ones from 4722 and 4737 which gives only 15 levels. Could you please post your start and current level once more again in the same comment?

Chocolate Box update! A fix for this server error with the Chocolate Box was released in the most recent update. Please download the latest update of the game to get the fix.
