Hi, @belkin1a! Are you saying you lost your boosters after reinstalling the app? If so, King does not refund lost boosters unless they were purchased with real money. Let me know if you did purchase them and you should be able to get them back. Welcome to the community and have a great day!😀

@SheenaRhea, this has been a problem that King has been working on for some time now. If I remember correctly, that problem was mainly on King.com, but it may have been on Facebook too. Do you use either of those?
