I've been doing some research and I found this answer from a good friend of mine. I've condensed it down to this. "Clear the history on your mobile, then log out of Facebook and log back in and it should bring you back to your current level."

That is helpful as well, but not quite what I'm asking. You can create a Kingdom account to save your game, or you can save your game through an existing Facebook account. Before you lost your levels, did you do either of those?

@The_Real_Trapper, you actually can't. Only a Community Manager or Moderator can. I'll let them know, and they should have it fixed soon! Don't worry, it happens to a lot of newer people!😅
