Do you have the latest version of the app installed? If you play while connected to Facebook your progress will be saved there.

Have you tried playing in a different browser? Also all of the King games are flash based, so make sure you have the latest version. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Good luck ;)

Hey Cathe. I know that sometimes having too many tabs open can cause the game to freeze. Also maybe try a different browser.
