A great place to keep up to date with new level releases is the Facebook fan page here- https://www.facebook.com/candycrushsaga There are currently 980 levels on Facebook at the moment so you can carry on playing there in the meantime until there is a new release for mobile devices.

In the game go to settings and select "restore purchases" This should do the trick. :)

Were you playing while connected to Facebook? If so, connect the game to your account again and you should see the levels again.

Do you play while connected to Facebook? Check your levels there and then sign in and sign out again and all of your levels should be saved. This may or may not work for you but it is worth a short. I also noticed that the point requirements for stars were disproportional in my game. I usually play on my iphone, so instead I played a level on Facebook instead. I then found that the points were registering correctly. I cannot promise it will work for you too,…

This sounds like it could just be a temporary problem. Maybe you did not have a strong wifi connection at the time? Does the problem persist?
