Make sure that you have the latest version of Facebook installed on your mobile. Force close the game and try to log in again. These two videos that King made will help you with these steps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIYE7aW5jcE Once you have logged into Facebook again you should see all of your levels return.

To play on your laptop you either have to play on Facebook or King.com both I am sorry you do need internet for.
