  • Do you have lots of memory on your mobile? Sometimes, having lots of Apps/photos etc can cause the game to freeze or run slowly. Also make sure that you have the latest version of Candy Crush Soda Saga installed on your mobile. You should be back up and running in no time!

  • Try this, it should work :) Firstly, remove the game from your device. Secondly, remove Facebook from your device also. Turn off your phone (leave it off for about 10 mintues, so it clears the cache), then restart it. Next, install the game again. Finally, reinstall Facebook.   • Were you playing while connected to Facebook? If so, logging back in should bring your levels back to where they were :) The same thing happened to me once and I did have a moment of panic but logging in put me back in my place on the map.
