It was a promotion that was available 2 weekends ago just for the weekend - so the promotion is over now, I am sorry. However I know that King do special promotions from time to time so keep a look out for the next one :D Hope this helps

Where are you playing? Mobile, tablet? Can you upload a screenshot so that we can see what the requests look like?

Go to your app store and make sure that you have updated the game on there. Then restart your iPad and you should be good to go :D

Sometimes the levels can be a little different between different devices. They have to be designed differently to make them compatible with each platform. Sometimes if I play on a different device if I think that a certain level is a little easier on there. I hope this helps ;)

I had a similar problem a while back but it was only on Facebook itself. If I tried it on my phone it worked. If you have a mobile/tablet test it out there. I am sure it is just a temporary problem as everything works well for me now without me needing to do anything. Let us know how you get on :)

The levels should work on your computer too. What exactly happens when you try to access this level on your PC? Could you upload a screenshot for us to look at?

I only ask for lives when I have 4 or less, then it works fine for me. I understand you feeling frustrated about the beans though.
