Hey I have not had this problem, have you tried to force close all apps and restart your device: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559 This solves most problems for me.

Hey if you played connected to Facebook the progress will be stored there. When I wanted to start from one again I downloaded the game onto my phone and played without connecting to Facebook. This is the only way that I know how to do this.

I have not reached this level yet but I know that they have a different number of levels on mobile devices and Facebook because they have to adapt the levels to make it compatible with different devices. The levels have to be modified for different platforms which is why there are not the same amount of levels for both. Check out their Facebook page to keep updated on new level releases.…

This has happened to be before but it was because there is more than one layer to the jelly so I missed it. Have you tried playing the level again?
