Simply ignore this “feature”. The “piggy bank” is unable to be unlocked via gameplay. It’s simply a ploy for less-intelligent players to spend money on a free game...

If you can’t pass such a low level as this I’d suggest simply abandoning the game completely. You’re not even halfway to the current end of the game.
