If you read my signature though nothing is impossible. And you can't say 1000 is the hardest level to earn Sugar Stars. You still have a ton of levels ahead.

If you are not getting the Treat Calendar, Wheel, or Quest, that is normal. Try updating the app or do the standard troubleshooting. The events are in the test group so not everyone gets it.
