Are you playing on Windows using the app? Perhaps go here as version 1.313 has a bug that makes you unable to play a level under Windows. Find the 1.312 Appxbundle on the web and install it. Then you're set up.

Appears to be in Windows and 1.313. Right? In the meantime, downgrade to 1.312. On Windows, you won't lose your booster inventory when you log in again, unlike on mobile platforms.

Same issue to my end but not on Android, only on Windows. In the meantime, try downgrading to version 1.312 if you're on Windows. Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this on any of my Android devices with 1.313.

I have the same issue as well but only on Windows 10 with 1.313. Not experiencing this with 1.312 or on Android. See also.my issue here.

Are you on the latest version (1.113)? For me, even after installing CCS on another Windows device I can still experience the same issue on that other device but on no Android device can this issue be reproduced on my end even with a complete reinstall. 1.312 has no issues.either.

I guess this issue might have started because the shuffled level experiment on the highest levels I'm now is still active on me despite being merged into main code in that version. But for a strange reason, it doesn't happen on Android and I played a few levels without an issue.

Installed it on my other Windows machine (Runs Windows 10) and encountered the same issue on the one hand. On the other hand, after installing it on another Android Device (My tablet, runs Android 15), I can properly run levels.
