  • Hey @scorinrkfd and sorry to hear you're having issues with your game :( Unfortunately operating system 4.4.2 is not supported with our games anymore. The lowest Android version that's supported is 4.4.4. Are you able to update your OS? If you are, hopefully that will get you back into the game :)

  • The option to "register with email" (create a Kingdom account), "register with Facebook" (connect to Facebook) and "Login" (connect to existing Kingdom account) can be found all from the same place. It's the blue button under "Play". Are you having issues with connecting to Kingdom or Facebook?

  • Hi @mel21 Community Moderator here :waving: Is the issue that you cannot play from the level you were on at King.com? You will need to sync your King.com account with Facebook and you will be back on track. A handy instructions on how to do that you will find here I hope this helps!
