Hello, This was a glitch unfortunately. The unlimited lives are designed to work as per my original post, the timer will continue to count down regardless of whether you close the app or not. Kind regards, Johnny

Hello, There are no issues with the game from our side of things. In regards to 'Gameroom', this is a Facebook feature so not something I can help with. Do you get any kind of error message when the game is not loading?

Can you please try and log out of the Facebook app, and log in to Facebook via your web browser instead. Then open the game app and try to connect.
