@montia2004 what is the device you are using and are you logging in with a King or Facebook account? The progress for star chasing is stored locally on the device so need to look at why it would not be saving. iOS Android

@htgd you should login with a King or Facebook account so your progress is saved. But if you do lose your progress they can get it back for you by filling out the form in the section "Didn't Save the game" on this FAQ
