It should be fixed, just make sure you have the latest version of the game app installed and it should be updated.

I'm not sure if you can. The only thing you can try is disconnecting from Facebook in the game app and also the Facebook app. Then find out how to clear your cache to clear the info, then log back in. Can you say exactly what the 'achievements window' is? Do you mean your Kingdom profile or is there an event that you're not getting or something? Let me know.

Candy Crush and most of the other King games always run behind on mobile. This is normal. The levels come out first on Facebook then a few weeks later on mobile :)
