Try another browser maybe, then you can narrow down if its the one you are using etc. Also, do you have a lot of programs open when you are playing?

Force close the app, restart your tablet and try again. Just keep trying little things until it works. Check you have enough free memory etc. Hopefully you will find one thing and just like that, the app will work again.

In the email receipt that you received for the purchase (from iTunes/Google etc) you should see some information on how to get a refund. Hopefully this helps :)

I'm guessing one of the servers is busy, facebook or King.com. Could be a temporary issue. What happens if you try and play in another browser, same issue?

I'm not sure what to suggest Lynn. Normally I would say to delete and reinstall the app because it solves most issues but obviously its not good for you cos you will lose your progress. Can you check if the app is fully updated in the app store?

Try and let us know exactly why you can't buy gold, do you need help with where to go, or are you getting an error message or something like this. Let us know and I'm sure someone here will help you out.

I think it will always be that way. The game was designed for Facebook originally so the levels always get added there first and then later on mobile. It's like this for most King games :)

If you check, there is a little pop up somewhere that says 'lives can only be used during the first play' or something like this, so King do inform you about it :) They also made a video to help with freezing issues: https://www.youtube.com/watc…

Then take some steps to stop it happening. Check that your phone doesn't need updating, or the app. Check how much free space and Ram you have so the app can run smoothly as well.

I'm not sure about deleting the app as I've never played on windows 10. Is it synchronized with an account like Kingdom? Check the normal things like 'available memory' and Ram. Make sure you don't have a lot of apps open etc. Maybe even a quick re…

Did you play the level and try to collect the 18, maybe it's just an in-game typo. It's worth a try right.

Yeah, 2.4 is more than enough. What were the phone issues that you mentioned, maybe these have something to do with it.

Maybe force close the app and restart. Or maybe even log out of facebook/kingdom and log back in again to see if that makes them show up in your game.
