If the game didn't recognise that you passed the level then then there is not much you can do apart from play it again. This happens quite often. It's frustrating but there isn't much you can do sorry.

You need to readjust your iPad time until the life counter is back to normal. If you have changed the clock previously it will mess this up as its linked to the internal clock.

The only other thing you can really check is if you have enough free memory to play. Close all your apps and check that you have enough Ram space. If this doesn't work then you might have to delete the app. Your levels will be saved though if you have connected to Facebook/Kingdom.

I haven't seen this option yet. I think as the game is new it's not available on the Facebook version. Maybe in time...

How did you save your progress? If you just reconnect to Facebook (make sure you're signed into the mobile app) or Kingdom and your progress will be safe. Can you check Facebook to see if your levels are safe there?

Is it only on this level? I normally get this if part of my hand is touching the screen when I'm playing. I get it a lot in blossom blast for example. This level on my version of Jelly runs fine so I'm not sure. Did you get the pass screen or was it before this?
