I'm not sure, what does it say on the screen, what appears on the map? If the game didn't recognise you passing the level then you can only go back and play it again. The only other things you can try are the steps here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-ios 

The game ended here a long time back so I don't see them releasing it in a new country if its not already available sorry!

There are only 185 levels for this game on Facebook. The levels after this are only available on mobile. The game will still save your level but you will only be able to play these higher levels on mobile. 

There are only 1685 levels on windows devices it seems. The app hasn't updated in ages, I'm not sure why but just so you know, the more recent levels haven't been added yet. 

If you tap the chest, you should receive the prizes inside and then it will disappear so you can play the level. If not then clear out the browser cache to clear the memory and reload the game. 

I think the trick is to grow as many flowers as you can to create bigger blasts. That way you can get more collections when all the flowers are exploding: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zchBStEN85k

So after the cancelled message disappeared, did you try again? Maybe just close down the app and restart and try to connect again. Check also that your Facebook account is logged in!
