From what I've red before, the roadblock timer is linked to your mobile clock, so if you changed this then it will affect the timer. Not suggesting you have of course, but it's something to keep in mind. If you clear the game cache in the settings, does this change anything?

What does it do differently? Check that you have the latest update of the game on both devices. This is the only way to ensure that the games and levels are the same.

If you log out again in the settings then your progress should return. Try it :) Check if your levels have transferred over to Facebook on a laptop/PC if you can.

The promotion is mobile only that's why. They haven't added it to the Facebook version of the game :)

This would be a browser issue Dana, this is not related to Candy Crush. You will need to check the adobe site or maybe even troubleshoot whichever browser you are using.

If you say why the game isn't progressing you then we might be able to help. Is there an error on the map? Does the previous level say you didn't pass. Try and provide more information :)

If the game crashed, I don't think this has anything to do with King. If your phone is running smoothly then this won't happen. Follow the steps here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-android
