I have this but the guy who sits next to me in work doesn't have it either so I guess its a test feature. King do this sometimes with their promotions and features before releasing it to everyone.

Do you have the latest version of the game downloaded? This was an issue a little while back but I'm sure it was resolved in one of the recent updates. Check this out, let me know.

Hey. Just the messenger here but I know that this is not something that King offer. It happens to us all and with over 300 millions players it would be an impossible task to do this for everyone. Just make sure your phone is running smoothly to lessen the chances of this happening again :)…

You need to find a way to crush the candies in the right hand column and then you need to destroy the blockers at the top of the left column to get the cherries into the top column. Check out this video which hopefully will help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVLKQ2Jq5YI
