I've seen a couple of comments saying that if you log out and back into Facebook/Kingdom in the app then the rewards should appear. If not then from what I've read, the prizes in these promos are not compensated for. Check the log out/log in thing first!

Check in the settings menu that you are still connected to Kingdom/Facebook, whichever one you use. If you can, reconnect. If you can't then log in and out again to see if your levels return.
