How did you save your game previously? Just reconnect to Facebook/Kingdom in the settings for the app (bottom left corner) if you didn't save it then I'm sorry but there's no way to get it back :(

You should just have the extra boosters. If you didn't get them then there isn't much you can do as they were free and King don't compensate unfortunately. 

Diane, your post is a little confusing. You can see the promo, but it's locked!? Can you post a screenshot as I'm not quite sure whats going on with your game.
