Do you have a limit on what you can purchase on your account or something like this maybe? Close the app, restart, check your wifi etc. See if this works. 

Each King promotion or event is limited so they don't add it to everyones game. It's possible that you might get one and then not get anything for a few months. Or you might get them all!

It's a timed promotion so it only runs for a day or so. Plus they didn't run it last weekend so maybe they are making some changes. Doesn't affect the normal game luckily.

What device are you trying to download it on, a mobile or tablet, android, ios etc? If you let me know then maybe I can help. Why can't you get it either, do you get any errors?
