For the boosters, its not possible to get them back, read about it here: Boosters & Messages... - Questions - King Care For your progress, did you connect to Kingdom at all? Maybe your levels are saved there but if not, they might be lost also if the game didn't save them.

I know that King update levels now and then so it can happen. It doesn't mean that the level is impossible. Just that it's difficult. It can be done though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4nsPZU4HhM

If you didn't connect or save your game with Facebook or the Kingdom then your progress is lost. The game progress doesn't save inside the app so if you change devices it won't transfer. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
