I think you can block the notifcations etc here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=blocking If you click on the option you want and then add Pet Rescue :)

You could try a different browser altogether. One other thing to check is that you have some free memory/CPU and that you're not running a lot of programs at the same time. Hopefully one of these works for you.

Do you not see the levels, maybe you need to update the app? Or do you mean that you cannot sync devices? Let me know.

I can only think to try logging in and out on both devices. Try to force it to recognise the connection if that makes sense. Is it definitely the same account on both?
