Search online on how to clear your mobile cache. Do this and restart your phone. If this doesn't work then clear out some ram and memory space and the game should run just fine.

When you say you registered, what do you mean exactly, what did you register with? If you just connect your old game to your facebook account then on your new device just log into the facebook app and then when you open the games, click to connect to facebook and this should bring across your progress. 

The maximum that you can have is 5, so you can't accept these other lives until you lose your current ones. The game will save them until you lose a few. That's how it works. 

If you know it's gonna be there then just take your time when pressing the button. You could say the same for switching candies cos it happens there as well. 

If you leave the game at any time then the envelope will disappear. The lives are only available the first time you play. I'm saying this just in case it's what's happening with you.

Try another browser maybe, then you can narrow down if its the one you are using etc. Also, do you have a lot of programs open when you are playing?

Force close the app, restart your tablet and try again. Just keep trying little things until it works. Check you have enough free memory etc. Hopefully you will find one thing and just like that, the app will work again.
