If the game hasn't been working for a while even after updates, then it's possible that the issue could be your mobile no? I would check over your mobile, check the memory, check the avaiable Ram. Make some space if needed. Try a few things before deleting the game. If you want to save your progress then connect to Kingdom…

This happens to us all. There is not much you can do. Just keep your browser up to date, keep your cache clear. That way there is less chance of the game crashing.

Don't get upset Valarie. The only thing you need to do is log back into whatever you were using to sync your game (facebook or kingdom) then you will see that your levels and gold will return :)

Connect your game to Kingdom. It's like Kings version of Facebook. That way you can delete the game then log back in when you reinstall. But first, let me know what these 'phone issues' were, maybe it's something that would affect your gaming.

I'm sure you said something different yesterday Fei. It's not been a good day. This sounds like you're just not signed in with the right account. The gold and levels sync with a certain profile so if you're not seeing them then you need to log in with the right king account.
