Post up a screenshot of the end of level screen. This will show you why you didn't pass the level. It sounds to me like there could have been a block of icing that you missed.

This could be something to do with Flash (the program that the game runs on) so check your settings here: https://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager.html Maybe check also if it needs to be updated. You could also try a different browser, see if the issue is with your current one.

Don't the prizes change every time? I've read on here that kind don't compensate for the free items so there's not much you can do I'm afraid. Try a cache clear out on your mobile, restart it and go back in and play again :)

I'm happy just to get 1 star on a level, it just means I can get on with progressing through the game. I'm not sure you should let this get to you that much that you should install the game. Getting 3 stars is always a challenge, not a reason to give up.

From what I've read in another post Arba, because the entire promotion is free and we get to play it all weekend then there is no compensation for the free goods. This question has been asked before. It's unfortunate but you can just go back and earn these goods again for free.

It's only available on mobile/tablet. Of course I'm not sure whether it will be on facebook but I haven't seen anything yet :)

There was an update for my android today, 20 new levels. I'm not sure what phone you have so check the app store!

It depends on what you win. Some go to the booster display that appears at the start of the levels (colorbombs, fish etc) and some go the selection available in the level (free switch) So yeah, depends what you won?

I saw a few posts about this yesterday so maybe there was a bit of an issue with the game that affected everyone. Have you tried to get the game to load again today. Let me know if its working for you now!
