Lives are free, they automatically refresh anyway so it's all good. In regards to receiving, why can't you get them? Is it related to this issue: https://care.king.com/en/papa-pear-saga/i-m-not-receiving-my-messages-lives-from-friends

If you can only see 1 or 2 then this is all that you have available. Booster numbers will show on the screen before the level and also on the boosters above the level when you're playing. What you can see is what you have :)

The approve and send messages are separate if I remember right. You can't scroll down in the inbox you need to just click on each request to send it and then the other messages will appear.

I don't think this is something that King or us here on the site can help you with Norma. If you click the link that says something like 'I forgot my password' then you can reset it from here. Maybe this will help.

There's no way to switch. This just indicates what you can expect from the level. You need to play the next episode of levels in the normal world before you can play in dreamworld.
