Hey, it's fine. This is more of a community site, so it's players helping each other, discussing issues etc. I saw the information from a mod so I thought I would pass it on. Can you try and request help from them on mobile? Not sure if this is an option for you. 

If you know the button is there then just take your time when tapping the screen. I've seen numerous people who just tap the screen repeatedly without checking whats popping up. I'm not saying you're like that of course but I think it's just a case of taking your time. 

Have you updated the app? If you're enjoying the game it might be worth investing the 9 gold bars to play on no?

This happens to the best of us Casey. I've seen a lot of posts about it and the general response seems to be to just get back to playing the level and try and pass it again. Not the best but you can do it, don't let it bother you. 

If you head over to King.com, create an account and then in the settings, sync with facebook. The friends you get assigned to the site will help you out with the roadblock and then you can go back to facebook :)

Hey Randy, don't shoot the messenger. I'm just here trying to help you out. I appreciate my answer probably isn't what you wanted to hear but I took the info from a moderator here. If you want help, then use the search function. There's plenty of posts and information on here for you that might help :)

There is nothing you can do, like I said it's random. I have had some promotions and I haven't seen others when my friends who play have had them. I remember the 'collect green candies' one last year where everyone was saying the same thing. 

This could be related to a setting in your browser. Basically when you turn the sound off it is saved then in the browser memory. So maybe if you haven't saved your cookies or your cache is being emptied each time you close the browser then it could be deleting these saved settings. Just something to check out. 

If you're playing on Facebook then this is part of the game design. There's a pop up in the game that says something like 'messages can only be used on the first play' so in other words if you close the game or if it crashes like in your instance, then you will lose any left over messages. 

If you check the site Susan you will see a lot of posts about this issue. It's obviously on King's radar so just be patient and Im guessing the app will be updated or the connection sorted out, whatever the issue is :)
