I guess the game understands that yes you have moves left, but with these moves you cannot collect all the chocolates you need to pass the level. This is what it sounds like to me anyway :)

Hey Sherry, can you post up a screenshot of the end of level screen that pops up (the one which says why you have failed) as I don't quite think I understand why you're not passing the levels.

If you're spending more than you're winning then it's probably better to stop playing. You don't need to play this promotion to progress in the game so if you're not getting the rewards you want, then just carry on with the normal game.

Can you post a screenshot of this? I've never seen anything like this before. Pretty strange right.

Try deleting the app and clearing out your browser cache and then add the game back to Facebook. The cache can contain conflicting game info so deleting this might help.

Try this: Go to the Facebook app, go to settings and the apps section. Then tap on Candy Crush and it will open up the game and it should sync the game for you.

I think the guys at King are changing the levels because I'm seeing a lot of questions like this. I think where the game is new they are still finding whats working. But I don't think it means the levels are unpassable, just plain difficult!
