Have you tried this in another browser? Try google Chrome for example. Are the little icons grey or do they have color? Do any other parts of the game act in this way?

What are you playing on, mobile or Facebook? If its mobile I'm gonna say to update the app if you can. If you're on Facebook then clear out the browser cache then reload. Hopefully the change should reflect in the game. 

I think that this is now the intended design for the sugar track, I have the same thing in my game. 

The chat was on Facebook, it wasn't part of the game just to let you know :) Have you tried another browser like Firefox or something. Do you have the latest version of Flash? The game runs on this so its worth checking out. 

Hey Lori, I've seen a few troubleshooting tips here on the site. I recommend trying to play the game in another browser. Failing this check and clear your browser cache and restart it. Have a look around on the site and see what other tips you can find to help. 

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do about your boosters. The King moderators confirmed that if we delete any of their apps, we will lose our boosters. For the game crashing, check out how much memory you have available, sometimes if its low then apps can crash because there's not enough memory for them to run smoothly. 

Your levels have disappeared on Facebook? Have you been saving there or saving to the Kingdom? I would make sure you're logged into Facebook on your mobile, then open up the game and click the connect to Facebook button, this should match up your levels to 300. 

Do you have the latest version of the app from the store? This sounds like the end of the map so maybe you need to update. You can also try and pass it on Facebook if this is an option for you.
