Do you have the option to try it on a mobile or tablet maybe it's different there. Try again and let me know, maybe it is a bug after all!

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your account has now been sync'd with her levels, so it recognizes that you're playing in the higher levels. I would just scroll back through the map and carry on where you left off :)

If you're playing on Facebook then its not possible, but if you're playing on mobile then delete and reinstall the app and don't connect to facebook/kingdom, then you'll be back at level 1.

What does it say on the screen as to why it won't let you pass? Is it an error message or just not unlocking? Try clearing out your browser cache and restarting your browser.

I just checked it out for you and I can only see that it drops into the final column as well. How many times did you try it, does it always happen? Maybe post a screenshot here so we can see it.

Did you save your progress with the Kingdom (where you had to put in an email address and password in the app) If you did, then just go into the app settings in the bottom left and log back back. If you didn't and you didn't save it with Facebook either then there's not much you can do sorry. Those are the only 2 methods…

Hmm, have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your computer? Tried another browser, a clear out of your cache etc? Try out some steps like this to see if it helps the issue.

You can only have a maximum of 5 lives so don't accept them right away. Play the game and then go to your inbox when you need them. But don't refresh the page as you will lose them altogether.

It's different on Facebook to how it is on mobile right? If I was you I was pass the level on Facebook or King.com if you can, might be a lot easier for you.
