Try connecting to Kingdom instead. I've found that the players on there are a lot more helpful and the tickets actually come through. Just tap the icon in the settings and create an account.

If the quest is still available there should be an icon for it on your map, or in your inbox :)

I read on here previously that signing out and back into Facebook/Kingdom is the resolution to this so give it a try.

Not every player is able to play the promotions. I've noticed this after several years of playing. They go out to random groups of players. For example, I didn't get some of the bubblegum hill challenges, but I have the new ones now...

If you have passed the level then honestly, move on. The levels are updated all of the time so it's possible that King have changed this one. It's probably do-able but if you have passed it, don't spend money on it!

It sounds like you need to update the application. This is the message that you get when there are no more levels to play but there are over 1000 so you should see more. Head to the app store and update the game :)

If you tap the Kingdom icon in the settings you can input a username, email and password. Then on your new device tap the icon again and tap to say you have an account and input these details :)

There is no way for this to happen unless you have logged in under your friends game on your phone or vice versa. To disconnect the accounts. Log out of Facebook/Kingdom in the candy app, then log out of Facebook as well. Restart the phone and the…

I have never heard of, or seen anything like this. As far as I'm aware, you have your normal lives that refresh automatically and then the lives you get sent and that's it. That's pretty much enough for a casual game.
